Rael: Healer, Guide, Bridge Between Worlds

My Story:

For as long as I can remember, my experience of life has flowed between two states: one of experiencing beauty and one of experiencing pain.

I was born into a lineage of healers. My father, a skilled Rolfer with over four decades of experience, introduced me to the language of the body—how it holds, how it compensates, how it can release and reorganize. My mother, an intuitive energy worker with a distrust of all things mainstream, taught me how to pay attention to intention, to track the subtle, and to honor the mystery without needing to name it. I was raised in a home where the unseen was as worthy of attention as the seen. This upbringing shaped everything.

By the time I was in my twenties, I had already begun exploring the edges of my consciousness—sometimes through hypnosis, sometimes through ceremony, sometimes through the impact of sheer heartbreak and grief. I’ve received Reiki, acupuncture, Aztec massage, Tai Yi, all forms of energy, body and somatic work. I’ve sat with elders, in silence, in altered states. I’ve explored avenues of consciousness that don’t always have names, but each left a breadcrumb trail leading back to more of myself.

My inner world has always been just as loud, if not louder, than the outer one. I’ve always been drawn to what lies underneath—the unspoken mechanisms that drive our choices, conscious and unconsious, that shape our identities. We can ignore our inner realities, but the results are undeniably present in our outside world.

Books by Jane Roberts—particularly The Nature of Personal Reality—opened something in me. A new vocabulary, and a deep remembering. Her work gave shape to what I’d always sensed: that we are not bound by circumstance, that reality is malleable, and that healing is less about fixing, and more about realigning with who we are and who we desire to grow into.

I’m not a healer because I studied healing. I’m a healer because life asked me to become one—through loss, through initiation, through decades of listening to what most people are afraid to feel. My work now is about guiding others back to themselves, helping them move through the pain and into the beauty, to the place where power and softness meet.
